Welcome to GetMore Technology, the fractional IT practice of Alissa Lang Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website. Paid services are delivered under a separate written engagement agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

2. Who This Is For

Our services are for businesses and professionals. This website is not intended for consumers, or for anyone under the age of 18.

3. Use of the Website

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this website for business information purposes. You agree not to use the site in any way that could harm it or its availability.

4. Our Services

GetMore Technology provides fractional IT leadership, managed IT services, and IT consulting and projects, scoped and agreed per engagement. For managed services and larger projects, delivery may be provided alongside a trusted delivery partner. We provide professional services only; there are no products sold through this website.

5. Engagements, Fees and Payment

Services are quoted and agreed in writing before work begins. Fees are stated in GBP (plus VAT where applicable) and are invoiced according to the engagement, for example as a monthly retainer or against project milestones. Payment terms are as set out in the relevant invoice or agreement.

6. Confidentiality and Client Data

We treat your systems, credentials, and information as confidential, and access or handle them only to deliver the agreed services. Confidentiality obligations are set out more fully in the engagement agreement between us.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice period set out in the engagement agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

8. Dependencies

Timely delivery depends on reasonable access to your systems and people, and on third-party vendors and platforms. Specific responsibilities and service levels are set out in the engagement agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Alissa Lang Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alissa Lang Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any engagement is as set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or a notice on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
